Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
At least 5 years in Human Resources in a similarly sized and complex work environment
Multi-state payroll experience within TriNet Platform preferred, but not required
Experience in a pharmaceutical firm preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
Work with R&D, Finance, and Management team to provide HR support.
Interprets Human Resources and Company policies and ensures adherence to them.
Lead the talent innovation agenda for the group - provide full scope HR partnership to leaders including executive coaching, employee relations, incentive and compensation actions, structure and leveling, employee engagement and culture development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, change management, employee communications, performance management and people development.
Partner with the CEO&COO on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
Oversee Mid-Year and Year-End Performance Management Program for groups within Business Partners’ area of responsibility
Responsible for full cycle recruitment include sourcing, recruiter relations, onboarding, employee relations
Work with the wider global HR team to build a culture of cooperation and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with all required laws and organizational policies, to best practice standards
Manage onboarding processes to create an engaging experience for team members entering new roles, both internally and externally.
